Buyer beware - if you use Raynell's upholstery make sure you tell them EXACTLY what you expect. Our boat cushions were damaged by an animal that got into our covered pontoon over the winter. Took the cushions to Raynell's based on the reviews I saw and her price was better than others, still $500 to cover three cushions. I expected them to repair and restore to original look and condition. As you can tell from these pictures that is NOT what we got. Only good thing I can say is they were quick. The new vinyl does not match the color at all and she did not even attempt to replace the accent stripe on the largest cushion. To top it all off my wife had to go pick up the cushions as I was working and she was berated by the gentleman there that she should "take better care of her boat". We will do so by never using this business again.

Raynell's Upholstery is top notch! The service is super professional, they are very responsive, and the prices are great! My car was in pretty bad shape, the door paneling was separating on all of my car doors. My car looks like new again and their work was very timely! I would absolutely return for any additional services needed. Thanks Raynell!

She did an awesome job on my seat and I believe I am going to LOVE the ultraleather (Brisa) fabric that won't peel or fade, get hot or cold! Great pricing too!
